WELCOME
Hospitality isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. Around here, a meal is more than food on a plate; it’s a seat at the table, a moment of connection, and a chance to reflect the heart of God through generosity, service, and radical welcome.
Pull Up a Chair and Stay Awhile
We built this ministry because we believe hospitality is more than just good manners—it’s a calling. Whether it’s a hot meal shared with a stranger, a word of encouragement to someone in need, or creating an environment where people feel seen and valued, we’re here to help you cultivate hospitality in your home, nonprofit, or business.
So, where do you start? Glad you asked!
🔹 Read the Blog
Twice a week, we post fresh insights, real-life stories, and practical tips on hospitality, leadership, and faith. Whether you’re running a soup kitchen, leading a business, or just want to be a better host, you’ll find something worth chewing on.
🔹 Book a Hospitality Training
If you’re a nonprofit, church, or business looking to create a culture of true hospitality, we offer hands-on training to help you transform your space and your service. We don’t do cookie-cutter—each training is tailored to your team’s needs, because real hospitality isn’t one-size-fits-all.
🔹 Why
This ministry was born out of a simple truth: hospitality is at the core of the Gospel. Jesus welcomed the broken, the outcast, and the hungry—both spiritually and physically. We want to do the same, equipping others to extend that same love and care in their own circles.
If hang out for a while, you will hear me sign off with “Stay Salty, Friends” What in the world dose that mean? Let me break it down. It’s not just a catchy phrase—it’s a whole way of life, rooted in faith, the kitchen, and a little bit of boldness.
The Biblical Meaning
In Matthew 5:13, Jesus says, “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?” In biblical times, salt wasn’t just for flavor—it was essential for preserving food, keeping things pure, and adding value. When Jesus called His followers the salt of the earth, He was telling them to stand firm in their faith, make a difference, and not get watered down by the world. So when I say, “Stay Salty,” it’s a reminder to stay strong, stay true, and keep bringing that goodness to the world around you.
The Kitchen Connection
As a chef, I know that salt is the foundation of great cooking. It enhances flavor, balances sweetness, and brings out the best in every ingredient. Without it, even the finest dish falls flat. Life works the same way—passion, purpose, and a willingness to stand out make all the difference. “Staying salty” means living with boldness, seasoning the world around you with kindness, strength, and a little bit of spice.
The Challenge to You
To me, “Stay Salty” isn’t just a farewell—it’s a challenge. It means don’t settle for a bland life. Stand for something. Be a person of impact. Whether it’s in your faith, your work, or your community, bring out the best in the world around you.
So next time you hear me say “Stay Salty, Friends,” know that I’m encouraging you to live boldly, love deeply, and never lose your flavor.
So go ahead—explore, engage, and let’s build something meaningful together. Sit down at the Fathers Table, We’re so glad you’re here, Lets make a movement out of it.
Stay Salty Friends.
